Shipping of your orders on Machinegun
We ship all orders gradually as they are approved.
All items we sell are in stock and therefore can be shipped immediately.
Some carriers come to collect by us on every working day (Monday to Friday).
Shipments made through IMX are collected twice a week.
It can happen that an influx of orders create slight delays, and that your order leaves only within 24 / 48h. This is sometimes the case on Monday after a weekend or following a bank holiday.
This can also be the case of new arrivals when we have more orders than usual to deal with simultaneously.
In case we take the initiative to send your order via a more economical transport solution or if we combine several of your orders, you will automatically receive a voucher valid without limit of duration on our entire website. The voucher will be printed on your delivery note.
Exceptional case of additional shipping delay :
The shipping delay can be indefinitely delayed, for instance in case of high-volume entries of products into our warehouse.
Indeed, you are many to trust us and to be loyal customers, and we want to say thank you!
Nevertheless, when we integrate a high volume of new goods into our warehouse, this can generate a high volume of orders and cause a longer shipping delay than usual.
We thank you for your understanding and your patience in case the shipping of your order takes a little longer than you are used to.
Please don’t send us emails or call us in this case. Please be aware that we always do our maximum to send out your orders as fast as possible.

Shipments are exempt from customs duties within the European Union countries, so you will not be charged.

Each carrier have their own partner in the destination country. It may happen that the tracking number changes. In all cases we send you the tracking link that gathers all the information about your parcel.
We ship to more than 70 countries including Brazil, Canada, the Philippines, Australia, China, Japan, the United States or Lebanon.
Upon receipt, the carrier is entitled to ask you to pay the customs taxes specific to your country and the VAT related to the shipment.
Delivery options
We offer different delivery options :
Double packaging : You have the possibility of requesting an optional double packaging to be sure of a reinforced packaging.
The standard packaging is of good quality and is suitable in most cases.
Insurance : You can subscribe to an optional insurance when ordering.
In accordance with international agreements on transport, lost parcels are compensated up to 23 euros / kg within 120 days.
By taking ad valorem insurance, you have the guarantee that we will refund the full amount of your order or that we will re-send your order once the carrier has confirmed the loss of the parcel. This certificate comes after a period of 120 days from the date of departure of the parcel. No refund or return of the order can take place without the carrier being attested of its loss or destruction.
Validation, follow-up, delay and return of unclaimed parcels
As soon as the payment of the order is confirmed, your order is put in preparation for its dispatch. No action is necessary on the part of the customer.
As soon as your order is ready, we stick a label with the tracking number to it. It is possible that the follow-up is not immediately active and that you need to wait a day to allow the time for the carrier to take charge of the package and make the first scan.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. More than 98% of the parcels that we deliver in France are within 48h. For all destinations abroad, on top of the delay, which can vary from North to South of a country, we invite you to follow your package online.
If the carrier has not managed to deliver it to you it is possible that it leaves your parcel in a post office, partner shop or retry a delivery. If no attempt is successful, the package is returned to us. Beware; the possible costs of returns invoiced by the carriers are also the responsibility of the customer.
Return
The customer living in France has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of his order to return the products to machinegun.fr for exchange or refund, without penalties except the carriers costs of return.
We do not accept returns from customers who are living and delivered to outside of France or from business customers.
Only full-boxed items never opened can be returned. As we sell collectors items, the boxes lose their value as soon as they are opened or the seals are removed. No return is allowed and no return will be refunded if the box is opened.
All returns must be the subject of a prior request by email, mentioning the number of the order. A response will be provided specifying our return address and a reference to integrate to the order.
