Sd.Kfz.250-1 Sand color version

Nice little, yet quite heavy model of a famous German WW2 half-track, the early version of the Sd.Kfz. 250. It came in a rugged carton box with excellent working polystyren blocking. That is needed because the model is completely metal, except for the rubber tires and a wooden block to use with the jack (both on the rear left mudguards) and some seating cushions. Model can immediately be used and packed with figures and accessoires (mounts are issued: not the MG42 nor the MG34) or can easily be updated with wonderful details such as those by Mike Stannard (6th Scale Icons, now being sold by Field Of Armor) or Armorpax. I am thinking of updating and building the Sd.Kfz. 250/7, the version that mechanized the 8 CM mortar (Granatwerfer 34).
