These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between La Reine de Pierre and the user, from order placements to after-sales services, including payment and delivery. These conditions concern exclusively individuals with no business purposes.

The Products governed by these General Conditions, hereinafter referred to as "the Products", are those that appear on the Website www.machinegun.fr. They are offered within the limits of available stocks.

The Products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, if errors or omissions may have occurred regarding the presentation, the responsibility of La Reine de Pierre cannot be engaged.

The photographs of the Products are not contractual. Manufacturers often add illustrative elements to photos. We strive to have descriptions as accurate as possible.

The user must place his order online via the webpages. Any order implies acceptance of prices as well as the description of the products available for sale.

The user has the opportunity to modify his cart before the final validation, this last step formalizing the sales contract between La Reine de Pierre and the user.

In certain cases, including lack of provision, failure of payment, identified risk on the means of payment, invalid address or other problem on the account of the User, La Reine de Pierre reserves itself the right to block the user's order until the problem is solved.

All products presented are available in our warehouse and can be shipped upon confirmation of the order. In the event of unavailability of the product, following an error of the stock, La Reine de Pierre will propose a product with similar or higher characteristics or otherwise refund the order.

The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order and the delivery address. Depending on the zones delivered, we offer several types of transport services: normal, express, relay. Heavy or bulky items can be shipped on pallets.

Orders are prepared Monday to Friday excluding holidays. In most cases, orders are prepared on the same day or the following day.

The user has several means of payment presented on this page.

The prices are indicated in euros either before tax (HT) or all taxes included (TTC), depending on your location and/or of the IP address that you use. European Internet users will see prices inclusive of all taxes; Internet users outside the European Union will see prices without VAT.

In rare cases, especially for Internet users located in Europe but using an IP address outside of the EU, prices may be displayed before tax (HT). In this case, it is necessary to log in to your customer account so that we can adjust the price display to your country of residence. In any case, when placing an order, once we know your country of delivery, the final and consistent prices will appear.

Prices cannot be changed once the customer's order has been approved. Similarly, if one or more taxes or contributions were to be created or modified, increasing or decreasing, this change could be reflected upon the sales price of products on the site La Reine de Pierre.

In case of display of a wrong price, obviously derisory (cheap price), regardless of the reason (computer glitch, manual error, technical error, fraudulent use of the system of purchase order), the order of the the user, even if it has already been approved by La Reine de Pierre, will be canceled and La Reine de Pierre will inform the user as soon as possible. The user, if he wishes, will then have the possibility of ordering again at the corrected and accurate price.

The user has a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt or collection of his parcel.

We do not accept returns from customers who are living and being delivered to outside of France nor from business customers.

In the case where the user's order concerns several goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the user, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user, physically collects or receives the goods of the last batch or the last piece.

When the withdrawal period of the user expires on a weekend, holiday or holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

To exercise his right of retraction, the user must notify the customer service of La Reine de Pierre, his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a declaration absent of ambiguity: by email by connecting to his “user space” and by going to the "contact us" panel.

All products may be subject to a refund except those excluded by law:

- Products that have been customized upon request of the user
- Products who’s protective packaging has been opened or torn,
- Consumables and wear parts of model making.

The user must ensure that the order from which he retracts is returned complete. The products to be taken back must be intact, complete, packed in the original packaging and if necessary disconnected. Items returned incomplete or damaged cannot be returned. To the extent that we sell collectibles, boxes lose their value once they are open or when the seals are removed. No return is allowed and no return will be refunded if the box is open or has clear signs that it has been opened.

All returns must be the subject of a prior request by email, mentioning the number of the order. A response will be provided specifying our return address and a reference to include with the order. The user must return or send back the property, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after having communicated to La Reine de Pierre the decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is considered respected if the user returns the good before the expiration of the period of fourteen days.
As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the costs of return are the responsibility of the user (with the exception of a defective product upon receipt, or an error when sending the product).

La Reine de Pierre may postpone the refund until the receipt of the property.
The refund of the user will be made via the same method of payment as used when paying the returned order. This refund will not cause any costs for the user with the exception of the outgoing costs that remain at his expense.
